A great summer classic!
Method
- For the tomatoes: remove the stems and cut a small cross into the bottoms. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Plunge the tomatoes into the boiling water for 30 seconds, then let them cool in a pot of ice water
- Peel and slice the tomatoes, arrange in the bento box with alternating slices of mozzarella, and season with fleur de sel and some freshly ground pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves

- 300 g (10.6 oz) beefsteak tomatoes
- 200 g (7 oz) mozzarella cheese
- 15 cl (3/5 cup) olive oil
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- Fleur de sel
