These recipes are created by our consultant, Chef Pascale Salam Jaubert. Pascale also tests our new product ranges and creates exclusive recipes for the Sitram brand. She brings her culinary expertise and creativity to us by concocting a series of tasty recipes every month in her workshop 'L'atelier de cuisine en Gascogne'. We photograph the recipies and share them regularly on our website and social media.

The seasonal aspect is also very important for us so we'll make sure that our recipes match the season and require produce that are easily available from your local store or market. Finally, we love to imagine recipes for the holidays, when families gather for Halloween, Easter or Christmas.
