Method
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 1.5 cm (3/5 inch) cubes.
- Mix the mustards, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Add the meat and mix well, then place the meat in another bowl and set the remaining marinade aside.
- Cover the meat with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Cut the yellow bell pepper and red onion into slices large enough to fit on skewers, and the pineapple into cubes.
- Thread the marinated pork, pineapple, onion, and yellow bell pepper onto your skewers.
- Grill the skewers in a pan or on the barbecue, brushing them with the remaining marinade as they cook.
- Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

- 15 cl (5/8 cup) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
