A crispy and delicious samosa recipe that's so easy to make.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F)
- Peel and chop the onion and sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil. When the onion is translucent, remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Cut the chicken into small cubes.
- Mix the chicken with the yogurt, tumeric, and ginger and leave to marinate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Combine the cooled onions and chicken. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Take one phyllo pastry sheet and cut in half.
- Fold one of the halves in two lengthwise and place a spoonful of the mixture at one end of the folded sheet. Then fold diagonally forming triangles from “top to bottom”. When you reach the end, close the triangle by tucking in any excess pastry.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, place the samosas in the pan, and brown on both sides.
- Lightly oil the samosas and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

- 4 phyllo pastry sheets
