Duck breast skewers with honey and seasonal fruit

Method

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing the honey, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut the duck breast into 2 to 3 cm (3/4 to 1 in.) cubes.
  3. Cut the fruit into slices or quarters
  4. Assemble the skewers, alternating the fruit, meat, and padron peppers, then marinate for at least 15 minutes.
    (You may also choose to make skewers with just the fruit as an accompaniment to the meat).
  5. In a frying pan, sear the skewers, drizzle with the marinade, season, and then sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
