Method

  1. Shell the prawns, keeping the tail intact
  2. Gently devein the backs
  3. Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan then set aside
  4. Add the coconut oil and heat over high heat, sear the prawns, deglaze with sake, and sprinkle with the leaves from the thyme sprigs, the parsley, and the coriander seeds.
  5. Serve immediately
