Method
- Shell the prawns, keeping the tail intact
- Gently devein the backs
- Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan then set aside
- Add the coconut oil and heat over high heat, sear the prawns, deglaze with sake, and sprinkle with the leaves from the thyme sprigs, the parsley, and the coriander seeds.
- Serve immediately
