Method
- Preheat the oven to 165°C (330°F)
- Cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker according to the instructions in the user manual.
- Cut the buns in half, then lightly brown the insides in a frying pan.
- In a second frying pan, brown the bacon and the chopped onion without adding fat.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them into slices (around 1 cm thick).
- Spread a thin layer of whole grain mustard on the insides of the buns.
- Add two slices of bacon, some potatoes, onions, and two slices of raclette cheese, in that order.
- Place the burgers on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately with the gherkins.
